This package is designed to help your puppy build confidence and essential life skills in busy city environments. 

​

It includes a FREE puppy behavioural consult (value £125+) with Susan, our behaviour consultant (ADipCBM), plus four additional 1-hour training sessions with our lead trainer, Yaro.

​

Susan and Yaro will work with you to establish your goals and create a personalised programme tailored to your puppy’s need - laying the foundations for a calm, focused and resilient adult dog.

​

You'll learn how to support your puppy through new experiences with confidence, while developing strong communication, trust and positive habits from the start. Your course will include: 

 

​Advice on toilet training, chewing, puppy biting

Positive exposure to sounds like traffic, sirens, alarms, and construction

Staying calm around buses, bikes, and skateboards

How to settle at home and in public places 

Early loose leash skills in low-distraction environments

Introduction to good manners around other dogs and people

Learning how to be alone gradually and confidently 

Ignoring tempting street food and litter, and giving up items 

Calmly and safely navigating novel places and situations

Focusing on the handler during new or overwhelming experiences

Games to build recall and response to name

At every session there will be time for questions and answers

to address any queries or concerns you may have.

Each session includes a personalised lesson plan on a whiteboard

with clear steps, simple illustrations of key exercises,

and everything you need at a glance.
