1.download a registration form here , fill it in and email it to susan@thedoghub.co.uk
2. ensure that the course code and description is in the body of the email.
If you're already registered with THE DOG HUB and would like to apply for a place
on any of our courses or workshops, you need to email the.hub@btopenworld.com
with your Hub reference number in the email subject line,

PUPPY SOCIALISATION - 4 week COURSE
A series of "introductory" level classes for puppies aged 8 to 18 weeks:
basic skills with a focus on behaviour to develop good manners and confidence

outdoors in a local park when the weather is good.
