Before we can work with you, or invite you to join any of our classes or workshops, 

you need to REGISTER with The Dog Hub. 

This is a necessary formality for health & safety and insurance.

Once you have filled it in (include which course(s) you're interested in)

email it to Susan at the.hub@btopenworld.com.

It may take a few days to get back to you,

so please be patient. 

If you have difficulty downloading the form, email

Susan at the.hub@btopenworld.com and she'll send you a copy. 

Registration does not mean you've secured a place in a class or workshop.

After we receive your completed registration, we will liaise with you about 

availability and suitability of your chosen class/workshop.

If you're offered a place, we'll confirm by email and send you the 

full address of our training venue as well as detailed instructions

on how to prepare for your classes.
